INNOCENT MAN IN JAIL:

An Innocent man was in jail for four years under the suspicion of Murder, Robbery and rape. A young man was in jail for four years on the word of a confidential informer that was in jail. The Incognito team went out and found witnesses and evidence to prove this young man was innocent. We also found during the course of this investigation that there were no forensic evidence or fingerprints found at the scene. The complainant of the rape robbery, could not identify him in a line up and in fact did identify another gentleman a few years prior as being the one that raped and robbed her. She also identified his jacket as being the jacket that was worn the night of the crime. This other person did go to jail for this crime but was released on the word of the informant. OLD LOST LOVE FROM 1958 FOUND:

An old relative was trying to locate a woman that had not been seen or heard from since 1958. This was a unique and interesting case because the only information we had to go on was her maiden name and an old address in New York. They were unable to give us a date of birth or social security number. The investigative team searched archive records in New York City. They Pulled records in New Jersey. They interviewed witnesses that said that the last that they heard was that someone in 1980 had said she moved to California. With this information we searched for public records in California and found that this lady was remarried in 1965. Research also found that she was divorced & remarried in the 1980's. The Incognito team did a back door search through public records and was able to find her. She was contacted and was happy to hear that we were looking for her. She called our client and they had much to talk about.
